INTRO TO WOODCRAFT C: SUPERVISED INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS

Do you have some woodworking experience but want to learn more practical skills? Do you have a project you have wanted to build but need some extra guidance and help from a professional? Do you want the time and space to refinish a piece of furniture? This course is for you!

Fee - 2700 sek + vat & processing fees

12 Hours of workshop time 

Class dates - November 22, 29, December 6, 13   18:00 - 21:15

Location - ReFab Lab, Ystadvägen in the Helenholm area of Malmö ( exact location will be provided with RSVP)

Welcome to our next level class in woodcraft: Supervised Individual Projects

During the SIP workshop we will be here to help see you through your project from start to finish. You will have full access to our workshop and tools and will learn some new tips and tricks along the way. Utilize your new knowledge to carry on with future projects beyond the workshop.

PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE

This class will be a mix of those who have some previous experience or have participated in our Woodcraft Part A and B courses. You are required to know the stationary tools needed to complete your project. If you have not participated in A and B courses, we will discuss your project and previous knowledge before the start of class.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE

The course meets over 4 sessions for a total of 12 hours, and you will build a project that utilizes the tools learned.

MATERIALS

The class will emphasize material re use and you will have access to saved building materials but the materials are limited.  You are encouraged to bring in your own furniture or materials to work with on your project. We can advise on material choices for your project. 

ACCESSIBILITY

The course room is wheelchair accessible.  Consider our allergy sufferers - avoid strong scents. Our ambition is for as many people as possible to be able to participate in our courses and use our material.
