INTRO TO WOODCRAFT - PART B COURSE Â (4 sessions - 18 hours total)
Join us to learn the next steps using woodworking tools and effective building techniques. At the end of the class you will be able to use more advanced tools and will build a project to practice and refine what you have learned.
Note: This class requires that you have either taken our Part A course or have disucssed your experience with us and are eligible to skip A.Â

WOOD CRAFTING IN MALMÖ
Welcome to our 2nd level class in woodcraft!
Have you attended our A beginner class? Do you have some woodworking experience but want to learn more and practice your skills?
Now is your chance to explore the wonderful world of wood craft and build a project. In woodworking class we will continue to learn new hand tools, new power tools ( bandsaw, planers, routers, jigs) and many tips and tricks to allow you to expand your woodworking skills. The course will teach you planing,routing and joinery, enabling you to continue independently developing and building projects. The course will culminate in you making a standardized project to practice all you have learned.
PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE
You are required to know the table saw and chop saw or have taken our Woodcraft Part A. If you have not attended our beginner course part A, we will need to qualify your experience before the class begins. Please contact us to discuss if you are not sure - info@refablab.com
THE STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE
The course meets 4 times for a total of 18 hours instruction time, and you will gain knowledge in joinery techniques.
MATERIALS
The class will emphasize material re use and you will have access to many saved building materials but there will be more materials available for purchase during the course, for example special hardware or new materials while supplies last. You may bring in your own materials as well.
ACCESSIBILITY
The course room is wheelchair accessible, however the bathroom is not to code for wheelchairs. Â Consider our allergy sufferers - avoid strong scents. Our ambition is for as many people as possible to be able to participate in our courses and use our material.
