Course description: 

Our Intro to Woodworking A is designed with the absolute beginners in mind. Starting from the beginning,

you’ll find clear explanations, step-by-step demonstrations, and no-pressure guidance to help you

build confidence from day one in a small group and encouraging setting. You will have a great time learning with an open mindset where there are no mistakes, only creative delays!

If you have some experience, you will gain a broader understanding of woodworking

techniques that goes beyond simple instructions. The lessons focus on the “why” and “when” behind power/ hand tools and methods, giving you deeper insight into the craft. The project and skills you develop here are designed to be scalable, equipping you with the knowledge to take on a wide range of woodworking projects long after the course ends.

Intro to Woodworking introduces you to the design process and problem solving.

It is a great way to give your brain a much needed holiday, especially if your life requires a lot of computer screen time.

Requirements

• No Prior Woodworking Experience Required: This course is designed for learners at all levels, from complete beginners to those with some experience who want to deepen their skills. We start with foundational techniques and gradually progress to more advanced concepts.

The course room is wheelchair accessible, however the bathroom is not to code for wheelchairs.
